Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Travel portal for employee travel requests.
  • Manage daily office operations and logistics.
  • Supervise office support staff.
  • Manage company vehicles and registrations.
  • Oversee office asset inventory.
  • Coordinate with procurement and finance.
  • Handle payment requests per internal procedures.
  • Oversee Medical Insurance tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of documents and employee information.
