Job summary

DP World in Dubai seeks a senior executive to lead the development and execution of a globally aligned Trade Lane strategy that links origin and destination markets. You will drive the governance, performance framework and operating model that translate our network strength into sustainable growth and improved economics.

You will align commercial, operations, procurement and product leaders across regions, set targets and oversee monthly reviews to ensure accountable delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively senior leadership experience in international Freight Forwarding, logistics or a closely related global network business.
• Significant leadership experience in Trade Lane Management, Commercial, Product, Freight Forwarding or network management across multiple geographies.
• Deep knowledge of international Air and Ocean Freight, including commercial models, carrier procurement, pricing, capacity management and operational dynamics.
• Demonstrated experience translating strategy into measurable commercial growth across a complex global or regional network.
• Executive-level communication, negotiation and influencing capability.
• International mobility and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Trade Lane strategy and network growth, defining priorities and governance.
• Establish framework for identifying priority Trade Lanes and allocate resources.
• Drive cross-regional growth via joint business plans between origin and destination regions.
• Establish and own KPI framework, governance, and performance reviews for Trade Lanes.
• Coordinate with Finance, Commercial, Procurement and Product to align targets with capacity and revenue.
