Job summary

DP World in Dubai is seeking a senior leader to own and evolve the Global Trade Lane strategy across Air and Ocean freight. You will drive cross-regional go-to-market plans, align commercial, operations and procurement, and translate demand into capacity and sourcing requirements.

You will lead a global Trade Lane community, set targets, manage performance, and oversee investment decisions to accelerate growth across a multi-geography network, travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Economics or related discipline (MBA advantageous).
• 15+ years of progressively senior leadership experience in international Freight Forwarding, logistics or global network business.
• Deep knowledge of international Air and Ocean Freight, including commercial models, carrier procurement, pricing, capacity management.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global Freight Forwarding Trade Lane strategy and prioritised growth corridors.
• Define criteria for priority Trade Lanes and align resources and investments accordingly.
• Drive cross-regional growth through joint-business-plans and mutual accountability.
• Establish the global framework for Trade Lane go-to-market plans and ensure alignment with regional organisations.
• Lead performance reviews and manage KPI framework for Trade Lanes.
• Set governance, targets and budgeting for Trade Lane growth and investments.
• Lead the Trade Lane community and foster cross-cultural collaboration and capability building.
