Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in payments, banking, fintech, cross-border payments, or account-to-account networks.
• Expertise in network partnerships, settlement models, correspondent banking, and regulated financial ecosystems.
• Proven success building and optimizing large-scale partner networks across geographies.
• Strong commercial acumen, including experience negotiating complex strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own the global receive-side network strategy for Mastercard Move and Cross-Border Services.
• Manage and expand Mastercard's network partner ecosystem including banks and payment providers.
• Lead negotiations with network partners and settlement banks globally.
• Partner with Treasury to optimize settlement bank relationships and liquidity objectives.
• Identify opportunities to expand network coverage, improve partner performance and reduce costs.
• Drive issuer-side enablement and support domestic and cross-border growth objectives.
• Establish network performance standards, KPIs, governance and reporting.
