Job summary

Excaliburs in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end operations, ensuring product availability, efficient inventory, and cost-effective logistics across air, sea, and land. You will collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Finance, Product and Operations to drive demand planning, S&OP, and continuous improvement while mentoring the growing Supply Chain team.

A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in SCM, with ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/Odoo/MS Dynamics) and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in SCM or related field required.
5+ years in progressive SCM roles; strong cross-functional collaboration.
Experience in demand forecasting, inventory planning, procurement, and global logistics.
Hands-on with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Odoo/Dynamics).
Advanced Excel; Power BI/Tableau a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end supply chain operations ensuring efficient product flow and availability.
Develop and manage demand forecasts and inventory plans from sales data and market trends.
Oversee procurement activities, supplier relationships, and international logistics across air, sea, and land.
Monitor and optimize KPIs: inventory turnover, stock accuracy, freight costs, supplier performance.
Drive S&OP processes and cross-functional supply chain planning.
Identify and implement continuous improvement and cost-optimization initiatives.
Lead, develop, and mentor the SCM team.
