Responsibilities

• Translate customer, market, and regulatory insights into structured product requirements.
• Lead requirement planning for products, apps, and strategic initiatives.
• Collect and evaluate regional needs from Global South markets for accurate representation.
• Conduct market intelligence, customer research, and competitive assessments.
• Support portfolio reviews and identify gaps and enhancement opportunities.
• Develop business cases and analyses for product initiatives and proposals.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and align regional centers with PM and engineering.
• Coordinate planning activities with markets to ensure traceability.
• Prepare management presentations and executive summaries for strategy forums.
