Job summary

Clifford Chance offers the Middle East Training Contract and Vacation Scheme for penultimate year law students, final year law and non-law graduates. The two-year program includes four six-month seats, with the first in London and the rest in the Middle East, covering core practice areas and potential client secondments.

You will be eligible to start in February 2029 or August 2029, with PGDL/SQE pathways and the Clifford Chance Plus Programme.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and proofing documents.
• Conducting due diligence on an acquisition target.
• Attending client meetings and preparing court documents.
• Researching titles and leases on real estate portfolios.
• Creating data rooms for major transactions.
• May run smaller transactions for clients.
