Job summary

Pearl Polyurethane Systems is seeking a senior QA/QC leader to own the group quality management system and ensure ISO 9001 compliance across four sites. You will drive CAPA, root-cause analysis, and MOC reviews while coordinating internal audits and cross-site improvements.

You will translate customer specs into procedures, monitor KPIs, and influence change across sites to sustain high-quality products and audits success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related discipline (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of QC or QA experience in the chemical/polyurethane industry.
• Experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 or equivalent QMS.
• Strong statistical analysis skills, including SPC, control charts, and capability indices.
• Multi-site quality management experience strongly preferred.
• Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus, not required.
• Fluent professional English; able to lead audits and customer interactions independently.

Responsibilities

• Owns and maintains the group QA/QC policy, test methods, and controlled-document framework.
• Plans and leads internal audits, including cross-site audits.
• Owns root-cause analysis and CAPA closure for customer complaints.
• Translates customer specifications and regulatory demands into internal procedures.
• Leads MOC reviews for raw material substitutions and formulation changes.
• Monitors quality KPIs and escalates as needed to HQ.
