Job summary

Julphar is seeking a Finished Product & Stability Team Leader at its HQ to lead the QC finished product and stability team within the Quality Control division. You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage inspections and audits, analyze data, and train staff to uphold GMP standards.

The role requires extensive leadership in QC/QA, strong problem solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity and effective CAPA processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in QC/QA.
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy is required.
• Proven leadership skills in quality control.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise all QC finished products and stability activities.
• Operate QC instruments and equipment per section.
• Ensure GLP, GMP, and safety in the laboratory environment.
• Enter, review, and verify test data in SAP.
• Coordinate with Production plants for analysis planning.
