Mercans is a global workforce solutions company modernizing payroll and SaaS services. We seek a hands-on leader to re-engineer a country-agnostic, offshore-first operation with automation and AI at the core, enabling self-service and strategic client advisory.

You will learn the product deeply, work closely with clients and operations, and report initially to the Group CEO, then to the Business Unit Managing Director.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in global payroll outsourcing or SaaS operations.
• Proven design and delivery of a standardized, offshore-first model.
• Strong leadership, resilience and client-facing advisory skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build country-agnostic operating model with codified rules in the platform.
• Establish standardized run-cycle and offshore-first delivery.
• Migrate clients onto a single platform with data ownership and self-service.
• Drive automation, AI adoption and anomaly-detection for quality.
• Stand up QA, SLA monitoring and disciplined performance reviews.
• Learn product and stay close to clients to resolve issues at root cause.
