Qualifications

• Doctorate or highest professional degree in any discipline.
• Strong track record in international partnerships and program management.
• Experience with credit transfer, articulation, and twinning programs.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of international pathways, articulation, transfer, and twinning programs.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with international universities and educational institutions.
• Negotiate and implement academic partnership agreements.
• Coordinate international student admissions, credit transfers, and mobility pathways.
• Ensure collaboration with Deans, Admissions, Registrar, Marketing, and International Affairs teams.
• Monitor program performance and support initiatives to enhance student experience and internationalization.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and academic quality requirements.
• Identify opportunities to expand international partnerships and global presence.
