جامعة العين للعلوم والتكنولوجيا invites applications for the International Relations Officer at the Al Ain Campus. The role focuses on developing, negotiating, and maintaining international MoUs, coordinating visits, and representing the university at global events.

You will monitor internationalization indicators, collaborate with rankings teams, ensure UAE regulations compliance, and build strong relationships with international partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Higher Education Management, or related field.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of UAE higher education regulations relating to international cooperation.
• Strong negotiation, communication, coordination, and protocol skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.

Responsabilités

• Develop, negotiate, and maintain international MoUs and agreements, ensuring proper documentation, follow-up, and timely renewal.
• Translate agreements into measurable activities, including student and staff exchanges, joint research, joint or dual academic programs, and visiting scholars.
• Coordinate international delegations, institutional visits, and events, and represent the University at international conferences, fairs, and networks.
• Monitor internationalization indicators, including international students and staff, academic mobility, and research co-authorship.
• Coordinate with the Rankings Specialist and relevant departments to provide data and reports supporting international rankings and institutional performance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable UAE higher education regulations and University policies relating to international cooperation.
• Maintain effective relationships with international partners and perform other related duties as assigned.
