Job summary

Crédit Agricole CIB Dubai is seeking a GMD Structurer to join the Global Markets Division - Structuring team in Dubai. You will design tailored financial solutions in collaboration with sales, trading and risk management, while monitoring market trends and regulatory changes inside CA-CIB frameworks.

You will manage reporting responsibilities for the MEA region and ensure risk controls and regulatory compliance are embedded in solution design.

Qualifications

Good understanding of financial instruments.
Mathematical-minded.
IT literate – fluent in spreadsheet, VBA and coding.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Strategy and Business Development: design tailored financial solutions for clients, monitor market trends and regulatory changes, support sales teams on products and pricing tools, report to management.
Managing and Reporting: reporting as Structurer, MEA; ad-hoc reporting to management as required.
Risk: adhere to CA-CIB policies, validate transactions with Trading/CPL/LGL, consider compliance and reputational risks, ensure solution adequacy with client objectives.
Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities: comply with legal, regulatory and internal training requirements; report fraud or financial crime risk; maintain required skills and certifications.
