Job summary

Binance is seeking a senior CDD professional to ensure adherence to global CDD standards across retail and corporate onboarding and ongoing due diligence. You will collaborate with MLROs and local teams to align requirements and oversee CDD controls.

The role focuses on strategy, governance, and relationship management with banking partners, auditors, and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CDD experience in financial services or crypto.
• ACAMS or similar certification preferred.
• Experience with audits and third-party relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support Global Head CDD Governance to drive the CDD strategy for retail and corporate customers.
• Manage third party relationships with Auditors and Fiat partners.
• Ensure the global CDD standards for retail and corporate services are met.
• Partner with Product leadership to strategize global and local CDD enhancements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our banking partners.
• Act as point of contact and escalation for the compliance related matters with banking partners, auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Managing multiple CDD projects across multiple jurisdictions and ensuring key projects are delivered on time.
• Reporting to management on the progress of Global and local CDD projects.
