Job summary

DP World in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior IT/OT Architect to define and govern the standardized automation platform for its terminal portfolio. The role leads architecture for Levels 0–3, oversees data strategy, cybersecurity, and integration with enterprise systems, including Digital Twin and Fleet Management.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of IT/OT architecture in live operational environments.
• Proven experience defining or implementing target architectures for connected industrial systems across multiple sites.
• Strong understanding of PLCs, SCADA, OT/IT integration and industrial networks.
• Experience as a technical owner or lead for platform systems with roadmaps and backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain DP World’s target IT/OT architecture for Levels 0–3 and interfaces.
• Act as business/technical owner for selected platform systems (e.g., Fleet Management System, IoT, Digital Twin).
• Define data governance rules and support data-driven insights.
• Specify OT cybersecurity requirements, including private 5G and secure data exchange.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate suppliers to implement architecture.
