Job summary

Baker Hughes in Abu Dhabi is seeking an ISC Fulfillment Leader to drive inventory optimization, asset utilization, and fulfillment across regional teams and plants, partnering with Materials Planning and operations to meet customer needs and business goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in supply chain, with mandatory AMO and inventory management experience, plus advanced SAP, MRP, and S&OP knowledge for global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience.
• 7+ years in supply chain, fulfillment, materials or asset management.
• Mandatory AMO experience with asset lifecycle management and service delivery processes.
• Mandatory materials and inventory management experience including optimization and stocking strategies.
• Operations experience in manufacturing, service, or industrial environments.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP, MRP, S&OP and planning methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory and asset utilization strategies aligned with objectives and ensure effective fulfillment.
• Monitor safety stock, global inventory, aging inventory, and slow-moving inventory with mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with Materials Planning to develop demand plans and replenishment processes.
• Work with AMO, plants and regional teams to ensure asset availability and customer service.
• Support new product introductions and inventory transition strategies to minimize risk.
• Ensure compliance with inventory and asset policies including audits.
• Track KPIs, forecasts, data integrity, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop teams to foster operational excellence and customer focus.
