PER, a leading global investment firm based in Abu Dhabi, seeks a senior portfolio manager with hands-on portfolio management and asset performance improvement experience. You will lead industrials portfolio efforts, oversee performance, and advise C-suite executives across platform companies.

The role requires significant private equity exposure, deal execution experience, and credibility in deal processes, with exposure to Middle East and global markets.

Qualifications

• Blended investment and operations background with portfolio management exposure.
• Significant prior private equity investment experience as principal.
• Experience in the industrials sector.
• Experience with due diligence, deal execution, financing and co-investments.
• Exposure to Middle East and global markets.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage portfolio management activities for industrials.
• Own portfolio performance oversight—monitoring, reporting, and improvement across platform companies' operational and financial performance.
• Act as senior point of contact for platform company C-suite leadership; build strong relationships to support priorities.
• Support deal execution and M&A teams on due diligence, structuring, closing of transactions and co-investments.
• Present portfolio performance and recommendations to senior leadership and investment/executive committees.
• Partner with Head of Investments, Head of Capital Allocation, and other internal stakeholders across portfolio companies.
