Job summary

DHL Industrial Projects in Dubai invites high-potential graduates to join the 2027 program. You will rotate across up to 10 functional assignments over 30 months, gaining exposure to Operations, Pricing, Commercial, Digital, and Vessel Operations while building a global project logistics perspective.

You’ll be mentored by senior IP leaders, participate in international placements, and pursue a permanent role within IP subject to performance and vacancies.

Qualifications

• Excellent academic records in a relevant degree (GPA 3.0 preferred) or 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong English communication skills; an additional language will be beneficial.
• Extra-curricular activities demonstrating leadership and teamwork.
• Adaptable to changing environments and diverse teams.
• Willing to participate in a hands-on work environment with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Participate in up to 10 rotational assignments across core functions.
• Engage in Operations, Pricing, and Commercial activities during rotations.
• Develop professional network through customer engagements and industry events.
