• Proven experience managing HR operations, contracts, visas, and payroll.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and ensure smooth execution of all HR processes.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding, creating a positive experience for all new joiners.
• Support the performance management cycle, including goal setting and review coordination.
• Coordinate compensation and benefits processes, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Partner with the Recruitment Manager on recruitment logistics and candidate communication.
