Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in holiday travel consulting or airline ticketing.
• Proficiency in English and at least one additional foreign language.
• Strong computer literacy (Windows, MS Office, email, and booking systems).
• Excellent communication, creativity, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in and phone enquiries related to holiday packages and flight bookings.
• Use GDS systems to issue flight tickets across all airlines.
• Manage hotel bookings using online platforms.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned.
• Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management.
• Represent the company at trade expos and promotional events.
