Job summary

Manulife in Dubai seeks a Head of Takaful Solutions to act as the GHNW Takaful SME, translating Shariah concepts into client-ready guidance for banks, brokers, and internal leaders. The role is consultative and market-facing, educating stakeholders and strengthening the Takaful proposition across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Takaful, Islamic finance, or related field.
• Deep knowledge of Takaful principles, Shariah governance and product structures.
• Credibility presenting complex concepts to banks, brokers, and leaders.
• Strong alignment with Shariah principles and authentic communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as GHNW’s Takaful SME and main consultative interface for banks, brokers, and leadership.
• Present Takaful propositions with clarity, including Shariah principles and customer benefits.
• Educate external partners through meetings, briefings, and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with GHNW Product, Shariah research, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Translate complex content into practical narratives for multiple audiences.
• Gather feedback and provide structured insights to Product and Leadership.
• Build Takaful knowledge across internal stakeholders via briefings and training.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, and governance to ensure accurate external communications.
• Monitor market developments and competitor positioning to strengthen readiness.
• Represent GHNW in internal and external forums as a credible Takaful ambassador.
