Job summary

You will build and lead a high-performing team, manage supplier relationships, negotiate strategic contracts, and advance procurement technology implementations.

This role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires extensive leadership, cross-border collaboration, and a proven track record in global indirect procurement

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of indirect procurement experience in an international environment.
• 4-5+ years of global leadership experience.
• Experience reporting to executive management.
• Proven track record of long-term indirect procurement strategy delivery.
• Experience building high-performing procurement organizations and teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a global indirect procurement team across regions.
• Develop and improve global procurement processes for efficiency and standardization.
• Establish global policies and governance for indirect procurement.
• Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks.
• Manage global indirect spend to deliver sustainable savings and value.
• Own strategic tendering and lead high-value negotiations.
• Lead procurement technology implementation, including Coupa.
• Integrate subsidiaries into a harmonized indirect procurement organization.
