Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a senior FP&A leader to head the global Financial Planning & Analysis function for a multi-country telecom operation. You will provide the Group CFO and executive leadership with accurate forecasting, strategic financial analysis and consolidated reporting across currencies and markets.

You will own the global budgeting, rolling forecast and long-range plans, consolidate P&L across entities, and deliver board-ready performance packs, with a focus on profitability

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of finance experience with significant FP&A leadership.
• Experience leading multi-country budgeting and consolidation.
• Qualified professional (CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) with advanced modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own global budget, rolling forecast and long-range planning across all countries.
• Consolidate country and regional P&Ls into a Group financial view.
• Produce CFO, CEO and Board-level performance packs with variance analysis.
• Develop forecasts for subscriber growth, ARPU, revenue, EBITDA and cash flow.
• Analyse telecom KPIs including churn, ARPU, CAC and customer lifetime value.
• Lead FP&A automation with ERP/EPM, Power BI and advance tools.
• Build and coach the global FP&A team and business-partnering capability.
