DP World is seeking a senior industrial automation leader to own BOXBAY and advance its automation portfolio across global terminals. You will drive first‑of‑kind integrations, stabilize deployments, and translate experience into repeatable concepts for scalable solutions spanning quay, yard, and TOS interfaces.

You will shape roadmaps, develop impact models, and partner with regional leaders to realize productivity gains in a complex, global logistics environment.

Qualificações

• Degree in automation, electrical engineering, mechatronics, control engineering, mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of automation experience in industrial environments.
• Experience delivering first operational integration and scaling of automation solutions.
• Industry 4.0 knowledge and end-to-end operating models.
• Strong supplier-management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• BOXBAY product ownership and integration into terminal operating model.
• Lead automation rollouts across BOXBAY and other solutions.
• Define roadmaps and readiness criteria for automation projects.
• Develop and apply the Automation Playbook in global operations.
• Collaborate with regions and terminals to advance opportunities from assessment to stabilization.
