Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Quality Manager for their Global Data Center Segment in Dubai. This role will define and oversee the global quality strategy across the segment, ensuring compliance with safety and reliability standards in complex global programs.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a technical field and a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience. The position offers competitive compensation and opportunities for internal mobility within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in quality management, operational excellence, or execution leadership.
• Experience within complex, global, engineered-to-order or services-led environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and own global post-order quality strategy aligned with segment priorities.
• Lead global assurance and testing methodologies to validate quality standards.
• Own global process quality for post-order execution.
• Define and monitor global quality KPIs for transparency into performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop a global quality team.

Skills

Experience supporting data center, critical power, or infrastructure services

Formal quality or continuous improvement certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, ISO-related frameworks)

Experience working in or leading teams based in the Middle East or other global hubs

Experience driving standard work and continuous improvement across regions

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, Operations, or a related technical discipline
