Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in data analytics, BI, or customer analytics.
• Experience operating across multiple countries/international markets.
• Strong preference for Telecom/MNO/MVNO, Technology, Digital, or high-volume B2C environments.
• Experience analyzing large customer/subscriber datasets.
• Strong commercial understanding beyond technical reporting.
• Advanced SQL capability.
• Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Experience with Python and/or R for advanced analytics is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of data warehouses, ETL/data pipelines and cloud data environments.
• Experience with predictive analytics, statistical modelling and AI/ML-enabled analytics is a plus.
• Proven ability to translate analysis into clear commercial recommendations.
• Previous team-management experience.
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data analytics function across multiple international markets, establishing consistent reporting, KPIs and analytical standards.
• Develop executive dashboards covering revenue, sales, customer acquisition, churn, retention, ARPU, usage, profitability and operational performance.
• Analyse large customer and transactional datasets to identify commercial trends, opportunities and performance issues.
• Deliver advanced customer segmentation, cohort, propensity, churn and lifetime-value analysis.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Product, Technology and Operations teams to turn data into measurable business actions.
• Analyse marketing and digital acquisition performance, including CAC, conversion, ROI/ROAS and channel effectiveness.
• Develop forecasting and predictive models to support commercial planning and decision-making.
• Establish automated reporting and reduce reliance on manual spreadsheets.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and governance across different countries and source systems.
• Build and manage BI dashboards and self-service analytics capabilities.
• Present insights and recommendations to C-suite and senior leadership.
• Recruit, develop and manage analysts/data specialists as required.
