The candidate will work with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to ensure timely licensing and ongoing obligations, contributing to Bybit's global expansion and regulatory posture.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory law, licensing, or compliance within financial services, fintech, or crypto.
• Ability to distill complex regulatory requirements into actionable advice.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills for regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end licensing processes for new markets and regulatory engagement.
• Conduct jurisdictional assessments and prepare licensing applications and docs.
• Coordinate with regulators, counsel, and authorities across jurisdictions.
