Client of Emerald Zebra Talent Solutions is seeking a Group Chief Risk Officer to build and lead a global risk function across trading, liquidity, cyber and regulatory domains. The CRO will own enterprise risk with final sign-off on product launches and treasury exposure.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in risk management within global trading platforms or crypto exchanges, with strong regulatory knowledge and quantitative risk modeling.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in risk management with leadership tenure in global trading platforms.
• Experience across FX, CFDs, crypto exchanges or banks with multi-jurisdiction regulatory exposure.
• Strong grasp of margining, stress testing and risk models.

Responsibilities

• Own group risk framework across market, liquidity, operations, cyber and credit risk.
• Develop real-time risk engines for FX, CFDs and crypto trading.
• Implement three-lines-of-defence, risk appetite statements and escalation protocols.
