Job summary

Ernst & Young AE in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced tax professional to lead cross-border tax engagements and manage teams across borders. You will apply deep knowledge of domestic and international tax rules to drive compliance and advisory work for multinational clients.

• Proven managerial, organizational and project management experience.
• Experience dealing with multinational clients in a multi-cultural environment.
• Solid knowledge of commercial, legislative and industry contexts.

Job description

If you are an excellent communicator and detail-oriented professional with a strong track record of management experience who is comfortable working across borders with a wide network of people and with large amounts of data you will be perfect for the role.

A bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials in accounting, business, finance, taxation or any related essential fields.

MBA, master's or another related advanced degree and/or professional qualifications e.g. CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT or equivalent qualification.

A very strong knowledge and minimum of 5 years of experience in domestic and international tax rules, regulations, developments, etc. ideally within a large professional services company or similar environment.

A very strong background in tax accounting and tax auditing ideally within a large professional services company or similar environment.

A strong track record of managerial, organizational and project management experience.

Have experience of dealing with multinational clients and the ability to work in a multi‑cultural environment.

In-depth commercial, legislative and industry knowledge.
