Job summary

Bybit Limited is seeking a Compliance Audit Manager to support internal audit coverage across regulatory matters for the Bybit Group. You will plan and execute risk-based audits, evaluate controls, and strengthen the compliance framework across multiple jurisdictions.

Reporting to the Compliance Audit Director, you will deliver high-quality audit results and practical remediation recommendations while staying current with AML/CTF regulations in the global crypto landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (required).
• 7+ years of experience in internal audit, compliance audit, AML/CTF, or related risk roles within financial services or crypto.
• Experience with AML/CTF, sanctions, onboarding/KYC, transaction monitoring, or regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform risk-based compliance and AML/CTF audits.
• Assess control design and operating effectiveness; document audit evidence.
• Draft audit issues with root-cause analysis and remediation recommendations.
