Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support Marketing, Sales and Commodity Trading. Based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, the role covers global commercial legal affairs with offices in Singapore, Shanghai, Mexico and the USA, and production assets in Germany, Italy and the USA.

The successful candidate reports to the General Counsel and Head of Ethics and Business Integrity and will drive risk management, governance and compliance across EGA’s expanding international

Formación

• Law degree and bar qualification to practise in UK, USA, Australia, Canada or other common law jurisdiction.
• 10+ years post-qualification experience in commercial law with metals/trading preferred.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory capabilities across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts for marketing, sales and supply chain.
• Advise on cross-border commodity trading, pricing structures and risk allocation.
• Provide ongoing legal counsel to leadership and train teams on commercial law and compliance.
• Coordinate with external counsel and manage cost-efficient delivery of legal services.
