Job summary

Binance UAE is seeking a senior security leader to drive the IT Security Risk Management function, shaping and delivering a robust security framework across the organization. You will lead risk management with key stakeholders and ensure regulatory and governance reporting in a fast-paced, multinational setting.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in security and technology compliance within global finance or crypto industries, with hands-on leadership and a passion for regulatory alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, cyber security or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in finance or related sector focusing on security and technology compliance in a global firm.
• Proven management of cyber security operations with hands-on implementation skills.
• Experience engaging with regulatory bodies and implementing regulator recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on implementation of the IT Security Risk Management function for Binance UAE.
• Develop and improve the security framework including policies, standards and processes.
• Lead Security Risk Management with all stakeholders per Security Risk Framework.
• Regulatory reporting to authorities and governance bodies.
• Drive cyber threat and vulnerability management including penetration tests.
