Job summary

AD Ports Group seeks a senior leader to drive asset reliability across its global port assets. You will oversee data‑driven decision making, standardize processes, and optimize lifecycle value in line with ISO 55001 and IAM guidelines.

You will leverage Maximo MAS and Oracle Fusion to monitor performance, develop insightful reports, and lead a team of specialists to improve MTBF and overall asset availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or related field.
• CMRP Certification and IAM certificate are preferred.
• Experience in asset management, reliability engineering, or maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to enhance asset reliability across AD Ports Group’s portfolios.
• Regularly review asset data using Oracle Fusion and Maximo MAS, delivering performance insights.
• Develop reports on asset condition, utilization, and lifecycle performance for clusters and subsidiaries.
• Monitor KPIs related to asset reliability and asset management effectiveness.
• Lead initiatives to improve reliability metrics like MTBF/MTTR across the group.
