• Minimum of 2 years in an application maintenance, release engineering, or ALM role.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and logical problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining systems and infrastructure for reliability.
• Developing strategies to prevent and mitigate system failures.
• Responding to incidents and diagnosing root causes.
• Conducting post-incident reviews for improvements.
• Implementing monitoring and alerting solutions.
