Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking an International Segment Finance Analyst to support planning, forecasting, and performance reporting across the Segment. You will partner with Segment, Zone and Global Finance teams to drive analytics, automation, and insights for senior leadership.

You will develop dashboards, analyze key metrics, and contribute to finance transformation initiatives in a fast-paced multinational environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field.
Professional experience in finance, FP&A, commercial finance, accounting or analytics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools.
Strong written and verbal English communication.
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

Support closing and reporting activities with timely, accurate financial reporting.
Assist in forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans.
Produce recurring reports, dashboards, and reviews for Segment leadership.
Analyze orders, sales, margin, productivity, inflation, and KPIs.
Identify trends, drivers, opportunities and risks.
Develop financial analyses for commercial, operational, and strategic decisions.
Support profitability and contribution margin analyses.
Build tools to improve visibility into performance and forecasting accuracy.
Collaborate with Segment, Zone, Commercial, Operations, Pricing, Marketing & FP&A.
