• Fluency in English and Russian; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and run a central transformation office for the holding group, setting operating model governance and reporting standards.
• Oversee a portfolio of AI-driven initiatives from rapid pilots to long-term programs that reshape core business processes.
• Manage budgets and performance metrics to ensure sustainable business value.
• Lead adoption at scale by driving change management and aligning diverse teams across regions.
• Partner with the board and senior leadership to communicate risks, benefits, and outcomes clearly.
