Job summary

SUMWON STUDIOS is seeking an Affiliate & CRM Manager to lead strategy, growth and performance across our portfolio. The role focuses 60-70% on UK/US affiliate programmes and 30-40% on CRM strategy, planning, testing and agency performance.

The ideal candidate will be commercially-minded, data-driven and able to negotiate effectively, build external partnerships and optimize investments to drive incremental growth across a multi-brand platform.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in affiliate marketing, ecommerce growth, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to build and scale affiliate programmes in multiple markets (UK/US as stated).
• Strong understanding of affiliate networks, publishers, voucher, loyalty and student partners.
• Experience negotiating terms, commissions and paid placements for profitable growth.
• Experience with CRM strategy and agency-led models.

Responsibilities

• Own affiliate strategy and growth plan across brands and markets.
• Build and scale affiliate programmes across networks and partners.
• Define recruitment, activation, promotions and commissions.
• Negotiate terms and drive incremental customer acquisition.
• Own CRM strategy, lifecycle priorities, testing and agency relationship.
