Job summary

A leading ceramics manufacturer in Ras al-Khaimah is seeking an Accounts Executive (Payable) to join their Finance team. This role involves ensuring timely and compliant financial transactions, managing supplier payments, and supporting VAT compliance. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, along with 2–4 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong SAP proficiency is a must.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
• Experience in a manufacturing or large corporate environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review and process all types of payments, including TT and TR.
• Handle cheque processing and post various transactions.
• Perform supplier reconciliations and monitor advance payments.
• Support VAT-related workings and assist in audits.

Skills

Knowledge of accounts payable processes

Experience handling import, inventory, and non-inventory postings

Understanding of VAT compliance

Proficiency in SAP

Reconciliation and payment processing skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
