Job summary

SAVERGLASS is seeking a Production Management professional to lead changeovers and supervise IS glass manufacturing lines. The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, quality checks, and adherence to safety and housekeeping standards.

You will supervise operators, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement in production efficiency, ramp-up, and product quality. Strong English and IT skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with IS glass manufacturing machines.
• Experience with Blow and Blow – preferred; Press and Blow – also considered.
• Strong technical knowledge of thermal, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Good command of English (spoken, written and comprehension).
• Familiarity with computer applications and IT tools.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Leadership skills and experience supervising production operators.

Responsibilities

• Participate in production changeovers and support to ensure smooth transitions and high quality.
• Supervise IS machine operators; provide hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving support.
• Conduct random production sampling and ensure quality across lines; track inspections.
• Enforce safety and housekeeping; ensure disciplined shop-floor practices.
• Lead and train production teams; coordinate with cold-end and other teams; ensure clear shift handovers.
• Respond to emergencies and identify improvement opportunities to boost efficiency and product quality.
