Job summary

Dubai Holding Land Estates seeks an experienced GIS Developer to manage and optimize geospatial databases, design GIS apps, and deliver spatial analyses for strategic decision-making across the organization.

You will integrate GIS with enterprise systems, provide user support, and lead projects from inception to completion, leveraging .NET/Java/Python backend and modern frontend tech. Collaboration across departments is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in IT and GIS industries.
• Strong experience in GIS development using ESRI products.
• Hands-on Geodatabase administration and management.
• Solid business analysis skills translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Project management experience: planning, coordination, and delivery.
• Experience in backend development using .NET, Java, and/or Python.
• Experience in frontend development using modern web technologies.
• Strong experience in API design, development, and integration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize geospatial databases.
• Design, develop, and deploy GIS applications and tools.
• Create maps, data visualization, and spatial analyses tailored to user needs.
