Qualifications

• German language proficiency (C1) required.
• Proven sales experience in any industry; FX or finance preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop sales expertise.
• Experience in FX or financial services or trading environments is a plus.
• Understanding of financial markets and trading platforms.
• Experience in outbound sales or lead conversion roles.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients and convert leads into active trading customers.
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships to support retention and loyalty.
• Apply sales techniques to maximise client acquisition and trading volume.
• Educate clients on trading platforms, financial products, and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience.
• Support client onboarding and guide users through the FX trading journey.
• Drive revenue growth through active sales and conversion activities.
• Maintain professional communication with clients across all touchpoints.
