Job Description
  1. Ensure documents are systematically filed and readily available to the CEO upon request.
  2. Manage external contacts, understanding their roles and maintaining periodic communication with primary contacts.
  3. Anticipate needs and proactively coordinate with appropriate people and resources.
  4. Complete critical deliverables by setting objectives, prioritizing, managing time, and monitoring progress.
  5. Organize and coordinate a broad range of administrative tasks systematically.
Qualifications
  1. Arabic or German speaking proficiency.
  2. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  3. Minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant to a Senior Executive.
  4. Experience in the UAE is an advantage.
  5. Knowledge of logistics and understanding of business priorities.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent English communication skills.
  7. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  8. Flexibility with working hours to meet role demands.
