Job summary

Bcrecruitment is seeking a German-speaking sales professional to convert leads into trading clients in Dubai. Join a structured training program, relocate with company support, and earn uncapped commissions on top of a base salary.

You will convert leads, guide clients through account openings, educate them about the platform, and meet daily and monthly targets while benefiting from a comprehensive relocation package and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Native German required, good English communication.
• Sales experience in FX or financial-services is essential.
• Experience in FX/CFD environment preferred.
• Strong communication and closing skills are required.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai.
