Job summary

CENTOGENE is seeking a Genetic Counselor in Dubai who will provide genetic counseling for diagnostic genetic testing. Responsibilities include interpreting genetic test results and working closely with medical teams to support patient care.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in Genetic Counseling, experience in reproductive genetics, and must be fluent in Arabic and English. This role offers a competitive salary and opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in reproductive genetics, rare diseases, or oncology genetics.
• Exposure to NGS-based testing, carrier screening, PGT, and/or prenatal diagnostics.
• Valid DHA or DOH license (or eligibility) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pre‑ and post‑test genetic counseling.
• Assess genetic risk by personal and family history evaluation.
• Interpret and communicate complex genetic test results.
