VDart Digital is seeking an AI Engineer specializing in Generative AI, LLMs, AI agent development and comprehensive AI testing for airline domain processes. The role emphasizes building, validating and deploying AI-powered solutions across operations, customer service and reservations.

Qualifications

Experience in Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agent Development and AI Testing.
Mandatory airline/aviation/travel industry experience.
MLOps/LLMOps, AI Governance and Responsible AI frameworks experience.

Responsibilities

Develop AI solutions using Python, LLMs, Generative AI and AI Agent frameworks.
Build and deploy AI agents, agentic workflows, chatbots and automation solutions.
Design and execute comprehensive AI testing strategies for models, LLMs and agents.
Perform model validation, prompt testing, performance testing and bias evaluation.
Establish automated testing frameworks, evaluation metrics and monitoring processes.
Implement deployment, testing and governance practices (MLOps/LLMOps).
Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver AI solutions for airlines.
