Job summary

Kairos seeks a proactive team member in Dubai to help launch new AI safety initiatives, build infrastructure for projects, and take on increasing ownership as initiatives mature. The role emphasizes fast iteration, shipping value, and working with minimal structure.

You will collaborate across Kairos programs such as SPAR, Pathfinder, and Generator, and build relationships across the AI safety ecosystem to advance our mission.

• High agency and ability to work without structure.
• Fast, scrappy mindset with a focus on shipping and iterating.
• Mission-aligned with a deep interest in AI safety.
• Ability to pick up new domains quickly and work on what is most useful.
