As a General Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of various systems. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair various equipment, machinery, or systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Set up and install new systems or equipment according to specifications and safety guidelines.
  • Identify problems through observation, testing, and analysis to implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and service history.
  • Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients or team members, providing clear explanations and updates on repairs and services
  • Assist in training junior technicians or staff on equipment use and safety practices.
  • Track and manage spare parts and tools necessary for repairs and maintenance.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate degree or technical certification in a relevant field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a technical role, particularly in maintenance, repair, or installation within hotels or the hospitality industry, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using tools and equipment specific to the industry (e.g., electrical, mechanical, or IT) is essential.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to efficiently identify and resolve issues.
  • Attention to detail in completing tasks to ensure high quality and accuracy.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for interactions with team members and clients.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks as necessary.
  • Relevant certifications (such as HVAC, electrical, or IT) may be required or preferred based on the area of expertise.

The salary range is AED 1600 plus AED 500 Fixed Service Charge, Staff Accommodation, Duty Meals, and other benefits as per UAE Labor Law.
