KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the restaurant's operations and daily management.
- Establish and uphold a high standard of service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a skilled team while promoting a positive work culture.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to generate buzz and attract customers.
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food quality standards.
- Create and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and the local community to further our visibility and reputation.
- Gather guest feedback to continuously improve the dining experience and service quality.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a General Manager or similar role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in launching new restaurants or managing high-volume operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and build a cohesive team.
- Excellent financial acumen and business management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Thorough understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage management, staffing, and customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Knowledge of local health and safety regulations in the food industry.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry, including 3 years in a management role.
- Previous experience with multi-outlet operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and systems.
