Description

Role:

• will be to provide analytical and industry expertise to facilitate the proactive assessment and asset management of the portfolio of operating hotels
• assist and support in receiving internal approvals
• develop, implement and upgrade asset management templates to facilities best practice and standardized approaches across the various hotel brand
• provide detailed financial analysis to assist management in the evaluation and optimization of potential new development opportunities
• prepare additional Financial Analysis as required and prepare ad hoc presentations as required.

Requirements:

• To qualify, you will have 7-10 years experience in a similar role, i.e. asset management, hospitality industry, management consulting, etc.
• and have gained a MBA/CA/CMA from a premier institute.
• You must have advanced knowledge of Excel and modeling techniques with very strong analytical skills.
• You will possess well-rounded communication skills, have the ability to interface with senior executives and have excellent project management skills.
