Corporate Finance Challenge

Our Client a major, multi‑business progressive group that has expanded tremendously over the past five years seeks a financial specialist to spearhead the Group’s prime objective of going public.

You should have handled a broad based corporate finance role either in a banking environment, an Investment / Merchant Banking house or a large corporate house. You would have a strong MBA / CA / Banking qualification with at least 10 years of multi‑faceted corporate finance experience.

You will be part of a large Corporate Finance team and expected to have in‑depth knowledge of Stock Exchange dynamics, stock valuation, structuring of offering and the strategy to implement such a complex programme.

Gross Monthly Base Salary: AED 30,000.

  • University qualifications: MBA / CA / Banking qualifications
  • Previous experience: 10 years of multi‑faceted corporate finance experience
  • Specialist knowledge: In‑depth knowledge of Stock Exchange dynamics, stock valuation, structuring of offering and strategy to implement such a complex programme
  • Language skills: Arabic & English (written and verbal)
